Position: Sr. BI Developer
Compensation: $42 – $80 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI and SpotFire
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to drive business insights
- Implement data models and ETL processes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI and SpotFire
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Strong dashboarding and data visualization skills
- Background in enterprise-level BI solutions
- Understanding of oil and gas industry data
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Accounting background
- Experience with financial data analysis
- Knowledge of cloud-based BI tools
