Position: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist
Compensation: $45 – $65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Irving, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a global exhange leader & technology innovation firm to help find a skilled Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team responsible for managing external spend and creating cost efficiencies. This exciting opportunity arises as the team is expanding to cover short-term needs with potential for longer-term engagement. Engage in strategic and operational tasks, leading contract negotiations, and influencing stakeholders. This role offers visibility to senior leadership and a chance to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead contract negotiations and manage stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and conduct spend analysis
- Review and approve Coupa requisitions
- Onboard suppliers and manage contracts
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Create executive summary presentations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in procurement operations and contract negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project and change management
- Background in analytics and expense management
- Consultative engagement experience
