Position: Tier 1 IT Support
Compensation: $20 – $24 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 1 IT Support to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist stores with point-of-sale system issues
- Provide support for printers and network connectivity
- Collaborate with users at the support center
- Escalate issues to tier 2 when necessary
- Follow documentation for troubleshooting processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in IT support or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CompTIA+ certification

- Interview process includes two rounds: initial with Michael, followed by team interview
- Schedule: 3 AM – 12 PM MST, Thursday – Monday
