Position: Tax Director
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

As a Tax Director, you’ll lead a dynamic team in delivering top-notch tax services. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical tax expertise for complex returns
- Lead quality control efforts for accurate tax filings
- Support team through training and process improvements
- Collaborate to manage workloads and improve workflows
- Stay updated with tax law changes
- Assist with onboarding and reviewing new staff
- Identify opportunities for tax planning
- Foster a collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- CPA designation required
- Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of tax matters
- Experience managing staff and reviewing work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Lacerte
- Experience with Quickbooks
