Position: IT Coordinator
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: The Woodlands, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Coordinator to join their team!

Under the mentorship of senior leaders, you’ll develop foundational project management skills and gain invaluable experience in IT project execution and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans and schedules
- Track project progress and update IT PMO on milestones
- Support the identification and management of project risks
- Coordinate with team members to meet project objectives
- Facilitate project meetings and document action items
- Monitor project budgets and assist in resource allocation
- Maintain project documentation for accuracy and accessibility
- Participate in quality assurance activities
- Assist in implementing project management tools
- Provide administrative support for IT projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, management, business, or related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP or CAPM certification or interest in pursuing
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
