Position: Project Manager
Compensation: $70 – $87,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage client relationships across various market sectors
- Lead project meetings and track action items
- Monitor project progress and update stakeholders
- Coordinate with design staff and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct construction administration activities
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in design, project management, engineering, or architecture
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong communication skills in verbal, graphical, and written formats
- Proficiency in MS Office, OneNote, and Smartsheet
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP or AECPM Certification
- Licensed Architect or PE designation
- Knowledge of AIA standard contracts and forms
- Experience with Deltek Vision or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with building and zoning codes
