Position: IT Business Analyst- Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: $35 – $60/hour, depending on experience
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Join a dynamic team driving AI and data initiatives across various locations. This exciting opportunity involves liaising with technical teams in Houston to develop AI solutions for process gaps. Be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Drive AI and data initiatives across multiple locations
- Collaborate with Houston technical team for solution development
- Meet with departments to identify data needs
- Relay department needs to technical team for AI solutions
- Track progress of AI solution implementation
- Seek out teams to understand process gaps
- Ensure effective communication between departments and technical team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-5 years of IT Business Analyst experience
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Basic understanding of AI applications
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI
