Position: Business Analyst
Compensation: $ 40 – 45 /hour
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead agile practices across multiple groups
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure consistency
- Coordinate dependencies across squads
- Act as delivery manager for predictable outcomes
- Identify and resolve delivery impediments
- Coach teams on Agile maturity and improvement
- Monitor process efficiency and team velocity
- Troubleshoot issues with critical thinking
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years related experience
- Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience with multiple agile teams
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills
- Understanding of technical terminology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Experience in data program delivery
