Position: Chemical Operator
Compensation: $22-26/hr (DOE)
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
Shifts: Days 6am to 6:30pm, 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Chemical Operator to join their team!
We are excited to present an immediate opportunity for a Chemical Operator at a leading chemical manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of chemical processes and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Record operating data and process conditions
- Draw samples for quality control
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Operate process equipment including reactors and compressors
- Regulate equipment during emergency situations
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures
- Patrol work areas to prevent overflow risks
- Adjust control settings for chemical reactions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and forklift driving ability
- Must pass pre-employment screening
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial plant
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Higher education preferred
- Experience with process logic control systems
- Knowledge of quality enhancement processes
