Position: Epic Applications Analyst
Compensation: $38 – $42 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Epic Applications Analyst to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll be instrumental in supporting healthcare professionals with cutting-edge software solutions. With a professional environment, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders, providing essential support and training to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide support for EPIC software applications
- Troubleshoot ambulatory tickets and software issues
- Train non-technical staff on EPIC workflows
- Collaborate with doctors and executives
- Maintain professional attire and demeanor
- Travel to clinic locations as needed
- Participate in knowledge-sharing with the team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with EPIC Software
- Strong ambulatory troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience with EPIC ticket resolution
- Ability to train non-technical staff
- Professional communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with clinic operations
- Knowledge of EPIC program workflows
