Position: Power BI Developer
Compensation: $50 – $60/hour, depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Provide insights and analytics from complex data sets
- Collaborate with business users to enhance their Power BI skills
- Translate data into meaningful business insights
- Support leadership in understanding data trends
- Adapt to a fast-moving, project-based environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Expertise in Power BI beyond basic dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in providing actionable business insights
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in modernizing legacy systems
- Familiarity with fast-paced work environments
