Position: Financial Analyst
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!
Step into an exciting opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational decision-making and strategic planning activities. You’ll be at the heart of financial analysis, providing valuable insights to both Financial and Clinical leadership. This role offers a chance to work closely with facility leadership, including the Executive Leadership team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain cost accounting data
- Prepare and interpret financial and statistical information
- Perform in-depth analyses using advanced report writing skills
- Assist in database management for decision support systems
- Prepare and distribute daily reports on volume trends and productivity
- Support monthly financial close processes
- Create proformas and ROI analysis for capital requests
- Conduct productivity standard analysis
- Collaborate with department leaders on financial performance
- Develop annual budgets by department
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Healthcare
- Proficiency in Excel, including sum-ifs, x-lookups, pivot tables
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with healthcare or health insurance
- Knowledge of Oracle and Premier systems
- Experience in financial statement variance analysis
- Skills in creating productivity reports
