Position: Order To Cash Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of billing, credit, and collections professionals
- Execute credit and collections strategies aligned with industry best practices
- Implement a scalable, efficient billing process across multiple service lines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve disputes and ensure timely revenue recognition
- Oversee the full order-to-cash cycle, optimizing handoffs between departments
- Monitor and evaluate customer credit risk and set credit terms
- Ensure timely collections and minimize aged receivables
- Provide regular reporting on AR aging, cash forecasting, and credit exposure
- Utilize ERP, TMS, and AR tools to streamline billing and collections
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit, collections, and billing
- Proven managerial experience in a high-volume, B2B logistics environment
- Strong understanding of freight billing and contract-based invoicing
- Experience with enterprise ERP and AR systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with EDI invoicing and accessorial billing
- Experience working with global customers
- Knowledge of credit reviews, factoring, or trade finance tools
- Professional certification
