Position: Project Accountant
Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and track project budgets effectively
- Develop financial models for cost and revenue forecasting
- Create dashboards for real-time financial visibility
- Translate financial data into clear presentations
- Analyze project performance for efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership
- Assist in project audits and documentation
- Improve project accounting processes and systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years in project accounting or similar role
- Experience with project-based accounting and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency with enterprise accounting software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
