Position: Manager – Application Development
Compensation: $113,000 – $142,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Broomfield, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the core development team across scrum teams
- Collaborate with Enterprise Project Management Office
- Create a supportive team-oriented work climate
- Ensure high-quality software solutions delivery
- Implement continuous improvement processes
- Work with external vendors for integrated solutions
- Stay current with vendor strategic roadmaps
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Six years’ experience with financial institution technologies
- Experience in software development methodologies
- Leadership and people management experience
- Ability to influence executive leadership
- Understanding of agile project management practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with core banking applications
- Knowledge of IBM’s AIX operating system
- SQL development, HTML, JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with ITIL framework
