Position: Human Resources Associate
Compensation: $24 – $27 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Human Resources Associate to join their team!
Are you ready to jumpstart your career in Human Resources? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic HR team where you’ll provide essential support in day-to-day operations. You’ll be key in ensuring smooth administrative processes and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and file employee personnel records.
- Support onboarding activities and logistics.
- Provide customer service to employees and applicants.
- Process and track HR forms and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
- Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities.
- Enter and update information in HR systems.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Monitor and track HR timelines.
- Perform general office and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or four years of HR experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with HR systems like Workday.
- Scheduling experience for interviews or events.
- Experience with Adobe Sign and Microsoft 365 tools.
