Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Compensation: $23 – $25 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join their team!

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department, ensuring smooth operations in employee benefits, payroll, recruitment, and compliance. This opportunity offers a chance to contribute to impactful wellness programs and policy development, making a difference in the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain comprehensive employee personnel files
- Update policies, handbooks, and related documents
- Process employment verifications and background checks
- Collaborate on recruitment and onboarding activities
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Coordinate annual Open Enrollment process
- Manage payroll system information
- Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs
- Develop employee health and wellness programs
- Assist with HR-related inquiries and customer service
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1 year of professional HR management experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with employee relations and payroll
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Workday, Adobe Sign, Office 365
- HR-related certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CPP)
- Experience in compliance or performance tracking
- Familiarity with audit preparation or HR compliance reviews
