Position: Customer Success Manager
Compensation: $ 100000 – 120000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Drive customer success as the primary contact for named accounts
- Monitor client utilization and satisfaction
- Manage customer expectations and implement action plans
- Track and improve churn rate and satisfaction scores
- Build relationships with key influencers within assigned partners
- Educate clients on available solutions and upgrades
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and releases
- Protect business with current partners from competitors
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Approximately 3-5 years experience in a customer success role
- Outstanding relationship and rapport-building abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel at least 25% to visit accounts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Salesforce and Gainsight experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Skilled at troubleshooting with a logical approach
