Position: Buyer

Compensation: $65,000 – $83,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Buyer to join their team!

Join a leading global manufacturer specializing in customized solutions for extreme environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Buyer with strong MRP experience looking to make a significant impact. This role is open due to expansion, reflecting the company’s growth and success. Be part of a dynamic team where your expertise will drive procurement excellence and supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Procure goods and services for manufacturing processes
• Negotiate with vendors for materials and supplies
• Evaluate vendor quotes and services
• Manage supplier-related activities and commitments
• Optimize purchase decisions based on demand and material assets
• Develop and analyze requests for quotations and proposals
• Coordinate job requirements with engineering and sales
• Expedite deliveries of equipment and supplies
• Engage suppliers strategically to control costs
• Utilize contract language to recover supplier-induced costs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a Buyer role
• Extensive MRP experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college
• Experience in related industry
• Familiarity with contract language and supplier cost recovery
