Position: Support Analyst
Compensation: $41,600 – $45,760
Location: Denver, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in managing the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with international teams
- Deliver excellent customer service to international teams
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluency in French
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and quick learner
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Previous help desk experience
