Position: Solutions Architect
Compensation: $155,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Katy, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Identify and recommend solutions, upgrades, or decommissioning options
- Develop solutions to minimize reactive work
- Collaborate with experts to derive end-to-end solutions
- Model solutions from conceptual to physical perspectives
- Create artifacts defining end-to-end solutions
- Facilitate requirements refinement with a focus on service-level requirements
- Participate in design reviews ensuring traceability to solution architecture
- Contribute to enterprise guidelines and standards
- Work with stakeholders to address immediate and future requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years in IT Management or solutions architecture roles
- Experience in Data Integration patterns and tools
- Experience in cloud and hybrid cloud environments
- Understanding of networks and security
- Knowledge of IT Architectural frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Retail experience, especially in supply chain and planning
- Experience in services design (SOA/Microservices)
- Experience with retailing COTS enterprise class applications
- Strong optimization skills and holistic planning
