Position: Imaging Specialist
Compensation: $17 – $18 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Imaging Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team responsible for the retention and storage of public records. This opportunity allows you to utilize your organizational skills and expertise in document management. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assess and prepare documents for quality imaging
- Operate and maintain scanning equipment
- Create and modify data indexes for consistency
- Retrieve imaged information for operational needs
- Maintain files and records of imaged materials
- Evaluate image quality to meet standards
- Adhere to content management policies
- Update statuses of assigned tickets
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Ability to lift 20 to 30 lb paper boxes routinely
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous imaging experience
