Position: Staff Accountant
Compensation: $60k – $75k, depending on experience
Location: Lakewood, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with internal controls implementation and compliance
- Monitor and analyze financial variances from budget
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare data requests
- Enhance business processes within the department
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Utilize Excel and other software for financial analysis
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
