Position: Analytics Engineer
Compensation: $45 – $58/hour
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Analytics Engineer to join their team!
Step into the world of water infrastructure and asset management with this exciting Analytics Engineer opportunity! You'll be a pivotal part of a dynamic team, driving maintenance planning and equipment optimization. This position opens up due to the company's expansion in the water infrastructure space, ensuring operational reliability. It's your chance to make a significant impact with data-driven insights and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and maintain data models for maintenance operations
- Transform raw data into polished datasets and reports
- Create dashboards for preventative and predictive maintenance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data needs and KPIs
- Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and documentation
- Analyze asset health and work order metrics
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of Python & SQL
- Experience with API rules and protocols
- Familiarity with GitHub for development organization
- Relevant experience in water midstream/infrastructure or Oil & Gas
- Dashboard experience with tools like Power BI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Machine Learning knowledge
- Experience with large data sets
- Familiarity with Snowflake
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
