Position: Procurement Coordinator
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Source materials for operational needs and capital projects
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms
- Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and deadlines
- Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance
- Track shipments and resolve procurement issues
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, purchasing, or equivalent
- 2 – 5 years of supply chain management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience within the oil and gas industry
- Expertise in document control and engineering drawings
- Ability to interpret component drawings

- Full-time position: Monday – Thursday (9 hours) & Friday (4 hours)
