Position: Service Desk Technician II
Compensation: $24 – $29/hr, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician II to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll support over 500 active users, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This role offers an exciting growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding company that values work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide full life-cycle technical assistance for computer systems
- Handle escalated support tickets from Technician I
- Perform remote troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Manage IT inventory and assist with procurement
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for users
- Maintain computer images and deploy new computers
- Support A/V systems in conference rooms
- Maintain Active Directory user objects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
