Position: Accounting Manager
Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic financial services company as an Accounting Manager and lead a team in delivering top-notch financial reporting and analysis. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial processes, work with senior executives, and contribute to strategic decision-making. With a focus on IFRS reporting, this position promises both challenge and reward in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee IFRS-based monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with the corporate team for IFRS public filings
- Ensure proper accounting for complex reinsurance structures
- Collaborate with finance staff to support corporate goals
- Work with internal auditors to maintain internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits
- Provide training and mentorship to staff
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6 to 10 years in financial reporting
- CPA with Big Four or top-tier public accounting background
- Experience in SEC/IFRS reporting
- 2 to 3 years of team management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and complex accounting systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Advanced knowledge of professional accounting software
- Strong project management skills
