Position: Revenue Manager – Royalty Division
Compensation: $135,000 – $155,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Revenue Manager – Royalty Division to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the accounting department of a dynamic organization. As a Revenue Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the company’s royalty division, overseeing revenue accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal policies. If you’re a self-starter with a knack for decision-making and a strong background in oil and gas revenue accounting, this could be your next career move!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee monthly revenue processing and reporting
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition per US GAAP and internal policies
- Document and follow revenue-related policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and internal controls
- Collect, validate, and analyze production, sales, and pricing data
- Act as liaison with internal and external auditors
- Prepare monthly volumetric reporting
- Lead revenue integration for acquisitions and divestitures
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 8+ years in oil & gas revenue and general ledger accounting
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Experience with SAP and revenue accrual concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven relationship-building abilities across teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with workflow optimization and automation solutions
- Familiarity with new reporting technologies
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements
