Position: Technical Trainer
Compensation: $40 – $44/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Trainer to join their team!
Join a leading distributor of heavy equipment and cranes in the central United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Trainer to travel extensively across multiple locations, delivering top-notch training and support. If you have a passion for technical training and a background in heavy equipment repair, this role offers growth, competitive pay, and a chance to be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide expert training to service technicians and customers
- Develop and deliver hands-on training in classroom settings
- Create training materials for effective adult learning
- Conduct aerial platform safety training
- Deliver MSHA Safety Training for various personnel
- Supply OSHA Certified safety training upon request
- Travel extensively to branches for training purposes
- Ensure reliable on-site attendance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Five years of Technical/Heavy Equipment Repair Experience
- Proficient knowledge of Engines, Powertrains, Hydraulics, Electrical, and Braking Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- OSHA certification and safety training experience
- Experience with MSHA Safety Training
