Position: CICU RN
Compensation: $66,000 – $103,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assess and plan nursing care using the nursing process
- Implement and evaluate nursing care standards
- Document nursing processes and patient progress
- Facilitate patient discharge with appropriate referrals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Support unit and hospital goals through educational activities
- Utilize medical terminology accurately
- Coordinate activities with other healthcare professionals
- Engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma RN License
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a Cardiovascular ICU setting
- Experience in open heart surgery recovery
- Proficiency with Mechanical Circulatory Support devices
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- ICU experience is preferred
- Familiarity with clinical pathways and disease management
- Detail-oriented in clinical and numerical data examination
