Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Compensation: $31 – $33.50/hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a vital role in supporting top executives. This opportunity allows you to manage high-level administrative tasks, coordinate events, and assist in executive communications. This role is open due to maternity leave coverage, offering a chance to showcase your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage executives’ calendars efficiently
- Coordinate and execute large team events
- Prepare documents for Board meetings
- Coordinate travel for executives
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Manage distribution lists and Teams channels
- Organize office support tasks
- Assist with construction project communications
- Attend meetings and capture action items
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years supporting senior-level executives
- Experience in expense processing and invoice tracking
- Proficiency in M365 apps like Outlook and Teams
- Travel coordination experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Copilot experience
