Position: Loan Preparation Specialist
Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Loan Preparation Specialist to join their team!

Located at the vibrant 41st location, this position promises growth and engagement for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare loan documents for new loans and modifications
- Ensure loan terms match approved credit requests
- Maintain loan documentation templates
- Book new loans within the core system
- Document missing loan file exceptions
- Review existing loan documents to clear exceptions
- Process complex loan participation payments
- Handle loan advance requests
- Manage appraisal and evaluation requests
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with CompOne or loan documentation
- Bank accounting experience, specifically loan booking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in customer interaction roles
- Familiarity with FIS-Horizon XE system
- Understanding of Teslar for loan reviews
