Position: Network Operations Analyst
Compensation: $ 55 – 75 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Mont Belvieu, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and implement LAN/WAN infrastructure for operations
- Maintain Cisco and Palo Alto hardware
- Utilize OSPF, BGP, NAT/PAT, and VPN technologies
- Ensure network security best practices are followed
- Collaborate with telecom vendors to meet project goals
- Provide real-time network system support
- Develop cost-effective solutions for business requirements
- Lead without direct supervision
- Mentor junior network team members
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of network infrastructure experience
- Strong understanding of information security concepts
- Experience with firewall operation and policy development
- Ability to be on rotating 24×7 on-call rotation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Current CCNP and/or PCNSE certifications
- Experience with Aruba Wireless Infrastructure
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
- Oil and Gas industry experience
- Experience with Solarwinds
