Position: Receptionist

Compensation: $20 – $22/hour, depending on experience

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Receptionist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Receptionist, where you'll be the welcoming face and voice of the office. This role offers the chance to work in a professional environment with the potential for growth. The position is based in New Albany, Ohio, and involves engaging with visitors, managing communications, and supporting office operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering a pathway to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Handle light invoicing tasks
• Greet and assist visitors professionally
• Schedule meetings and assist with event setups
• Ensure office entrances and common areas are tidy
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Order and manage office supplies
• Coordinate with janitorial staff for office maintenance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• High school diploma or GED required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
