Position: Facilities Coordinator
Compensation: $20 – $22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: New Albany, Ohio

Join a dynamic team in New Albany, Ohio, as a Facilities Coordinator! This exclusive contract role supports the Office/Facilities Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist Office/Facilities Manager in daily operations
- Manage vendor relationships and expectations
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with service providers
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and facilities
- Perform light physical tasks as needed
- Oversee cleanliness and order in common areas
- Restock and manage office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience as Office Manager or Facilities Coordinator preferred
- Proactive and confident in communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with PowerPoint
