Position: Oracle HCM Solutions Architect
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead design and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions
- Translate business needs into user-focused solutions
- Configure Oracle HCM using Visual Builder Studio
- Manage projects from planning through deployment
- Oversee testing and resolve system defects
- Provide high-level support and troubleshooting
- Partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements
- Act as technical liaison across teams
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud HCM updates
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- 5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Expertise in Talent Management, Core HR, Self-Service
- Proficient in VB Studio and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Strong background in requirements gathering
- Experience with testing and issue resolution
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in cross-system integrations
- Knowledge of system scalability and usability
- Ability to manage competing priorities
