Position: IT Project Coordinator
Compensation: $22 – $27/hour, depending on experience
Location: ONSITE – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Coordinator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate efforts of team members and third parties to deliver business initiatives
- Monitor strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Organize and participate in meetings, providing administrative support
- Develop and deliver progress reports and proposals
- Assist IT Management with process improvement
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management
- Troubleshoot basic IT requests and questions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Technology
- Jira and Confluence experience required
- Superior communication and professional speaking skills
- Advanced Excel, Outlook, and M365 skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP or Scrum experience/certifications
- Experience in mid-size to large organizations
