Position: Software Development Manager
Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Join an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic Core Development Team in a thriving organization. As the Core Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of the team, focusing on process improvement and strategic growth. This role is open due to internal restructuring, providing you with the chance to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage the Core Development Team
- Implement new branching strategies
- Oversee backlog cleanup and process improvements
- Collaborate with offshore and US-based team members
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Provide hands-on support when necessary
- Foster a resilient and adaptable team environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong background in .NET development
- Experience with Azure Cloud technologies
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Background in strategic planning and execution
- Familiarity with offshore team collaboration
