Position: HRIS Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors
Compensation: $50 – $55 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HRIS Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors to join their team!
Join a dynamic HR Systems team focused on technical support and optimization of HR technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in enhancing HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements. If you're passionate about HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
- Manage and troubleshoot post–go-live issues
- Collaborate with HR teams to translate requirements into configurations
- Design and implement process improvements
- Document system changes and perform testing
- Support reporting and data integrity efforts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in post–go-live or enhancement-focused environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Strong collaboration with technical and HR teams
