Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Compensation: $95,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of the company through detailed analysis and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards.
- Support financial policy development and implementation.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Optimize working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
- Evaluate business proposals and investment opportunities.
- Support special projects including M&A due diligence.
- Leverage technology to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong understanding of construction financials and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
- 7-10 years of financial analysis experience, with 2-3 years in construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA designation.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
