Position: Senior IT Network Engineer
Compensation: $55 – $62/hour, depending on experience
Location: ONSITE – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior IT Network Engineer to join their team!
This opportunity offers the chance to work on exciting projects, including building out a digital data center. This role is open due to the company’s growth and commitment to maintaining a strong and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and manage network systems in a Cisco environment
- Implement and maintain firewall solutions
- Perform network cabling and subnetting tasks
- Collaborate with the support/helpdesk team for troubleshooting
- Ensure network security and efficiency
- Contribute to the development of a digital data center
- Provide expert advice on complex network issues
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of professional networking experience
- CCNA level proficiency, certification preferred
- Experience with Cisco network environments
- Firewall Rule change experience
- Proficiency in firewall management
- Strong skills in subnetting and network cabling
- Experience with Windows operating systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Palo Alto, Aruba, and/or Wireshark
- Knowledge of cellular networking (APN)
- Familiarity with Sierra and/or Digi wireless systems
- Experience with load balancing tools like NetScaler
- Skills in scripting languages like Python or Bash
