Position: Junior Desktop Engineer
Compensation: $25 – $30 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Junior Desktop Engineer to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations. This role is open due to expansion and the company’s commitment to maintaining excellent IT support standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Install and configure desktop computers and laptops
- Perform equipment upgrades and troubleshooting
- Provide on-call support outside regular business hours
- Document problem resolutions using the ticket management system
- Assist with hardware moves, adds, and changes
- Collaborate with IT teams for issue resolution
- Support off-campus systems using a private vehicle
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Basic understanding of desktops, laptops, and networking
- Experience working directly with end users
- Ability to remain professional in fast-paced situations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with IT systems management and utilities
