Position: Land Technician
Compensation: $30 – $40 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Morgantown, West Virginia

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain digital and physical records for land agreements
- Ensure proper file structure and record accessibility
- Verify and update agreement data in internal systems
- Analyze land-related legal documents for accuracy
- Track and monitor critical deadlines
- Prepare and deliver status reports to the Land Manager
- Balance priorities in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of industry-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Oil and gas industry experience
- Basic understanding of land rights and agreements
- Ability to work independently with confidentiality
