Position: Senior Payroll Accountant
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Payroll Accountant to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Administer and process multi-state payroll
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
- Manage certified payroll reporting for contracts
- Prepare and submit TERO reports accurately
- Review and reconcile employee timesheets
- Collaborate with HR for accurate employee classification
- Maintain detailed payroll records
- Assist in accurate customer invoice creation
- Prepare and file sales tax submissions
- Contribute to special accounting projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Proven multi-state payroll management experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of P&L analysis
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
