Position: Property Manager
Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 annually with bonuses, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Property Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic team managing a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage daily property operations and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Coordinate capital improvement projects
- Serve as primary contact for tenant inquiries
- Prepare and manage annual property budgets
- Review and approve vendor invoices
- Administer and enforce lease agreements
- Supervise on-site staff and vendors
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance preferred
- 3–7 years of commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of property operations and budgeting
- Proficiency in property management software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing multi-tenant properties
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives
- Industry designation like CPM or RPA
