Position: Accounts Payable Associate
Compensation: $25 – $29 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Associate to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process and verify vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Ensure accurate account coding of invoices and expenses
- Review invoices for proper approvals and compliance
- Prepare accruals and reconciliations for monthly close activities
- Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Monitor payment runs for timely disbursements
- Support audit requests with documentation and analysis
- Identify process improvement initiatives in AP operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in oil & gas industry or complex environments
- Strong coding and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
