Position: Desktop Support Lead
Compensation: $ 30 – 34 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Lead to join their team!

As a Desktop Support Lead, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor a team, and provide advanced technical support. This long-term contract offers room for growth and the chance to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supervise and mentor Desktop Support Technicians
- Monitor and prioritize support tickets
- Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and SOPs
- Evaluate team productivity and performance
- Coordinate system upgrades and patches
- Facilitate regular team meetings
- Maintain and enhance service desk knowledge base
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven leadership in desktop support or service desk
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Advanced technical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and troubleshooting
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar platforms
- Minimum 5 years of Desktop Support experience
- U.S. citizenship required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience creating workflows and Visio diagrams
- Ability to maintain cross-department relationships
