Position: Software Developer
Compensation: $ 90,000 – 120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Developer to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer to join a dynamic team in a company that values innovation and technical leadership. The position is open due to the need to backfill a role and expand the team with additional talent. The role offers a chance to work largely remotely with the requirement to be onsite on Mondays, providing a great balance between flexibility and team collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, mentoring other developers, and contributing to the completion of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions
- Lead development initiatives from idea to completion
- Debug applications by testing and fixing errors
- Create and manage Git repositories
- Perform peer/code reviews to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide support for issue escalation from the service desk
- Compile and write documentation for assigned features
- Work with Software Development Leads to analyze and produce the best solution
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in C# and .NET, both Framework and Core
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with JavaScript/jQuery and libraries like React or Angular
- Knowledge of T-SQL Queries and stored procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or 4-8 years of experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ASP.NET on the back end
- Knowledge of UI/UX and responsive web design
- Familiarity with containerization and microservices
- Understanding of application development security and industry best practices
- Technology certifications

- This position is currently hybrid, requiring three in-office days per week; candidates should be prepared to work on-site full-time in the future.
