Position: Product Support Specialist
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Product Support Specialist to join their team!
Join a thriving organization known for its innovative insurance products. As a Product Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and documenting new and existing life and health insurance products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive product success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about product development and eager to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist with evaluating new product opportunities
- Facilitate the product development process
- Draft and maintain product documentation
- Respond to product filing objections
- Review marketing materials for accuracy
- Prepare and deliver product presentations
- Field product-related inquiries
- Research and analyze competitor products
- Provide backup support for Product Coordinator
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-10 years in life and health insurance industry
- Experience in product development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Compliance or actuarial support background
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities
