Position: Technical Specialist
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Specialist to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge electronic products, troubleshooting and repairing sub-assemblies, while collaborating with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. You’ll be part of a company known for delivering innovative solutions nationwide.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair products and sub-assemblies to the component level, providing second-level support and failure analysis when needed.

Accurately complete all documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, material reject forms, and system entries.

Train and mentor lower-level technicians and production specialists on standard test procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and job-related paperwork.

Collect data and generate regular reports on testing and repair activities.

Inspect products and sub-assemblies for compliance to documentation and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or GED.
-
Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.

At least 2 years of experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repair.

Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret assembly procedures, drawings, and schematics.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with software used in testing and repair.

Ability to recognize acceptable vs. defective assemblies.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Lead-free soldering experience.

Experience with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, soldering/de-soldering irons, and small hand tools.

Experience in training or mentoring other technicians.
